摘　　要：对美军引信抽样验收常用的（3，1）转移规则，应用母函数法推导了其复合特性函数的计算公式，找到了美军引信靶场试验抽样方案组一般不用MIL-STD-105D的原因，进而确立了引信靶场试验抽样方案组的一般设计原则。This paper discusses the so-called(3,1)switching rules of acceptance sampling generally in use in the U.S.Army for the inspection of fuze lots,and derives the formulas of calculation for the combination operating characteristic functions by the mother function method.The paper explaines why IL-STD-105D is not generally used for the U.S.Army ground tests of fuze lots.It also establishes a design principle for the acceptance,sampling plan group for ground tests of fuze lots.
