摘 要:本文报道了马尾松毛虫质型多角体病毒(简称DpCPV)在5株昆虫细胞系,即棉铃虫卵巢细胞系SFE-HA-831与SFE-HA-8212、家蚕细胞系Bm-N、粉纹夜蛾细胞系TN-368和草地贪夜蛾细胞系Sf-21中的增殖。证明DpCPV可在SFE-HA-831、SFE-HA-8212、TN-368和Sf-214株细胞系中增殖。其中SFF-HA-831细胞能同时复制几种型混合的DpCPV;细胞的感染率在20%-35%左右,每个感染细胞约可产生50-100个多角体;感染细胞己传代20次以上;离体和活体增殖的病毒的形态、感染力和核酸带谱等特征均保持稳定。his paper described the replication of Dendrolimus punctatus cytoplasmic polyhedrosis vi-rus (DpCPV)in five insect cell lines.Four of these were permissive to DpCPV replication andlarge amount of polyhedra were produced.These were the cotton bollworm Heliothis armigeracell lines,SFE-HA-8212 and SFE-HA-831;the Trichoplusia ni cell line,TN-368,and theSpodoptera frugiperda cell line,Sf-21.However,no polyhedron was observed in the silk-worm Bombyx mori cell line,Bm-N.The percentage of infected cells amounted from 20% to more than 35%in different cell lines and these were serially subcultured for more than 20subcultures.This fact showed that DpCPV was persistent in cell culture.The morphology of thevirus particles,their infectivity to the cotton bollworm ,and electrophoretic migration patterns ofthe genome segments of in vitro produced virus remained unaltered as that of in vivo pro-duced virus.
