摘　　要：在我国腹泻患儿中发现Ｇ９型轮状病毒感染钱渊，袁丽娟，熊朝晖，张又，刘军，关德华，王之梁（首都儿科研究所北京感染与免疫中心实验室，北京１０００２０）关键词轮状病毒，ＶＰ７（Ｇ）血清型，套式ＰＣＲＡ组轮状病毒是严重婴幼儿腹泻的最重要的病毒病原［１］，在发...otavitus G9 was identified from a stool specimen collected from a 9months old child with diarrhea in Beijing in the autumn of 1991. Rotavirus dsRNA derived from the stool was not hybridized with either one of the VP7 genes from G1,G2,G3 or G4 which are thecommon serotypes of rotaviruses that cause severe diarrhea in infants and young childrenworldwide It was demonstrated by nested polymerase chain reaction that the virus in the stool belongs to serotype G9. The result from dot blot hybridization using 32P labeled VP7cDNA gene as probe confirmed that the VP7 of the rotavirus from this stool specimen is typeG9. This is the first report of G9 type rotavirus infection in this country
