家蚕核多角体病毒解链酶基因的克隆及部分序列分析

摘　　要：家蚕核多角体病毒解链酶基因的克隆及部分序列分析张志芳，张颖，吕鸿声，吴祥甫（中国科学院上海生物化学研究所上海２０００３１）关键词家蚕核多角体病毒（ＢｍＮＰＶ），解链酶基因，限制性内切酶谱家蚕核多角体病毒（ＢｍＮＰＶ）是杆状病毒Ａ亚组单粒包埋型的代表种...e have cloned the SmaⅠ C fragment (7.8kb length)from the Chinese strain of BmNPV and analyzed its restriction enzyme map. Compared with the SmaⅠ C fragment of the Japanese T3 strain of BmNPV, it has one PstⅠ site less, but one more Hind Ⅲsite.According to the analysis of restriction map, we deduced that the SmaⅠC Fragment contains the entire helicase gene. The helicase gene is mapped between 59.2-62.1 map unit. The partialsequence data of the helicase gene of BmNPV show about 95% sequence identity betweenBmNPV and AcNPV .It illustrated that the gene relevant to the DNA replication in Baculo-virus is very conserved during the evolution.
