摘　　要：免疫母鼠喂养的乳鼠对肾综合征出血热病毒致死性感染有保护作用张满新，姚楚铮，卢文红（中国预防医学科学院流行病学微生物学研究所北京１０２２０６）关键词肾综合征出血热病毒，母体免疫，被动免疫保护肾综合征出血热（Ｈｅｍｏｒｒａｈａｇｉｃｆｅｖｅｒｗｉｔｈｒｅ...he effect of maternal immunity on protection of suckling mice from lethal infection by HFRS virus strain A16 was examined.After intraperitoneal or intracerebral challenge by strainA16, death of 3- 5day-old mice from immune dams was prevented .The protection rate was100%.In foster feeding experiments ,3 day -old mice born to nonimmune dams but foxter fed by immune dams were protected by 100%.In passively immunized expenn1ents, 3 day-oldmice that fed by dams intraperitoneally injected with antiserum were partially protected ,withprotection rates ranging from 17% to 91.7 % according to the route and dose of challenge.These experimental results demonstrated that maternal breast milk protected suckling mice fromlethal infection by HFRS virus in mice.
