摘  要:全氧燃烧技术在玻璃窑上的应用于云林,周志豪(上海建材学院022434)FullOxy-FuelCombustionTechnclogy¥YuYunlin;ZhouZhihao(ShanghaiInstituteofBuildingMaterials)...Great aohievements in full oxy-fuel combustion bave been made in the past decade Praotices in operating with full oxy- fuel combustion system on glass fumaces have shown that comparing with conventional air-fuel firing the full oxy-fuel firing has many advantages such as reduced capital costs, low energy comsumption and low NO and particu-late emissions. The adoption of full oxy-fuel melting technology has been regarded as a second revolution in glass melting technology. Now an increasing number of glass furnaces are being converted to full oxy-fuel combnstion. With a purpose to promote the researeh and development of new glass melting techno-logy in China,this paper has briefly introduced the development of full oxy- fuel combust-ion technology and some examples of glass furnaces which have been successfully converted to full oxy-fuel combustion and also presented the keys to the applioation of this technology and problems which need further studies.
