摘　　要：评述了生物学活性免疫吸附剂的研究进展。着重对免疫吸附剂的载体结构、活化方法及偶联技术对吸附剂生物学活性的专一性、稳定性及有关机理的影响进行了讨论。说明了免疫吸附剂的应用前景,展望了免疫吸附剂的发展趋势。The research progress on immunoadsorbents with the biological activity was reviewed in this paper. The influence of support structure, activation methods and coupling technique on the specificity and stability of the biological activity of immunoadsor-bent,as well as the related mechanism was discussed emphatically. Their applicable prospect and developmental trend wae showed also.
