摘　　要：对塑料粘结NdFeB永磁的特点、磁粉的制备、粘结剂的选用、混料及成型工艺进行了述评,对塑料粘结钕铁硼永磁国内外开发应用的进展进行了总结,提出了我国发展塑料粘结钕铁硼应注意的问题。This paper reviewed the character of NdFeB permanent magnet bonded by plastic,preparation of magnetic power,choice of bond agent ,mixture of batch and process of mould. It also summarized the development of exploiting and applicating at home and abroad for NdFeB permanent magnet bonded by plastic. What problems should be paid attention to are pointed out during developing such magnet in our country.
