摘  要:综述了扬声器高音振膜材料的研究工作及其进展,特别介绍了金刚石薄膜(DF)制备扬声器振动膜和用类金刚石薄膜(DLC)涂层制备扬声器振动膜方面的进展.探讨了用DF及其钛复合材料制备扬声器振动膜的技术方法并采用直流电弧等离子体喷射法制备了多晶金刚石涂覆的球顶形钛扬声器高频振膜,测试证明声学效果优于涂覆前.The research works on loudspeaker vibration films and their developments were reviewed. Especially reviewed the diaphragms made by Diamond Film (DF) and Diamond Like Carbon (DLC). The methods and techniques for the preparation of diaphragms on tweeter made by DF material and DF-Ti multiple layer material were discussed. We prepared several DF-Ti diaphragms by the method of DC Arc Plasma Jet CVD. Their acoustic characters were remarkably improved.
