摘  要:本文观测38例冠心病心绞痛(Angina Pectoris,AP)、急性心肌梗塞(Acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者血清超氧化物歧化酶类(Superoxide dismutases,SODs)活性的动态变化,发现AMI患者血清锰超氧化物歧化酶(Manganese superoxide dismutase,MnSOD)的活性于发病的即刻或数小时、第一、二天明显高于正常人,第三天开始下降,逐渐恢复正常,病变继续恶化者,MnSOD活性第三、四天持续上升,而铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Copper/Zinc superoxide dismutase,,Cu/ZnSOD)活性变化不大。提示检测血清MnSOD的变化,对AMI疾病的诊断、病变进展及预后均有意义。The paper was carried out to determine activity change of SODs in 38 patients serum of AP(angina pectoris)and AMI (acute myocardial infarction). The results showed that manganese superoxide dismutase (Mn-SOD) activity in serum of AMI was significantly higher than normal health immediately in the first day and second day after attack and it dropped gradually to normal level in the third day.If the disease-process continuously deteriorated, MnSOD activity rose continuatively but copper/zinc superoxide dismutase (Cu/ZnSOD) activity did not change.It has been demonstrated that MnSOD activity change in serum can be available in diagnosis, disease-process and prognosis.Key words; MnSOD of serum Cu/Zn SOD of serum acute myocardial infarction
