摘  要:为了解家蚕粘液腺分泌物形成及释放的特征,对粘液腺枝状部横断面的超微结构作了观察。结果表明,粘液腺枝状部合成的分泌物质,经粗面内质网到达高尔基器,形成具有界膜包被的分泌颗粒,在微绒毛区以膜融合方式释放到分泌管的袋状部中,再进入腺腔。To understand the formation and released characteristics of the secretion in the col-leterial glands of the silkworm, Bombyx mori , the fine structure of the cross sections ofthe arborescent region of the colleterial gland were observed. The results show that thesecretion materials synthetized by the arborescent region of the colleterial gland arrivedat Golgi apparatus through the rough endoplasmic reticulum ,then formed the secretionparticles coated with the membrance。 The particles in the microvillose region with fusionmoce were released into the socklike part of the secreting tube, and then arrived at thegland cavity.
