养蚕熏烟消毒剂熏毒威的研究

摘　　要：熏毒威为块状熏烟剂，稳定性好，成品点燃即可发烟，有效成分的释放率达９９％以上。试验证明，蚕室每立方米用药３克，密闭熏烟４小时，对家蚕核型多角体、质型多角体、浓核病毒、细菌及其芽孢、家蚕微粒子孢子等有强烈的杀灭作用。每立方米用药１克，熏烟３０分钟，具有同防僵粉一样的防僵效果。对中肠型脓病、浓核病的蚕座传染也有一定的抑制作用，且对蚕、蛹无不良影响。温湿度对熏毒威的杀菌效果影响不大，是一种很有使用价值的新型烟熏消毒剂。The novel smoking disinfectant,“Xun Du Wei”by name , made in our lab,being alump-like smoking agent and having a good stability ’is fully smoked without visibleflame as soon as it is ignited.Released amount of efficient composition in it is over 99%。The results obtained in the present experiment show that the smoking in a closed enviro-ment for 4 h at an amount of 3g/m3 has strongly killing action to NPB, CPB,DNV,bac-teria and its spore,and Nosema bombycis spore. The smoking for 30 min at a level of 1g/m3 possesses the same preventing muscardine effect as a powder for preventing muscar-dine. Moreover,the disinfectant has also some inhabition to the infection at rearing seatof the cytoplasmic polyhedrosis and the densonucleosis but not effect to the developmentof the larva and pupa. For having not evident effect of temperature and humidity on theaction of its disinfection,therefore,the smoking disinfectant is very useful in,sericulture.
