氟素对家蚕幼虫血淋巴中酶活性及钙镁离子含量的影响

摘　　要：家蚕食下氟素后，引起血淋巴中钙、镁离子含量的下降；对谷－丙转氨酶、蛋白酶的活性均有影响，尤其是抗氟性较弱的品种，酶活性下降的幅度较大；但脂肪酶的活性却增大，增幅在品种间有明显差异；氟素添食区的原种或一代杂交种血淋巴中的蛋白质含量明显低于正常蚕。After fluride-added rearing , the content of Ca. Mg ions and the activities of glu-tamic-pyruvic transaminase (GPT),proteinase etc. were restrained,especially in those.varieties which had weaker fluorine-resistance,the above enzymes activities reduced to a large extent but their lipase activities increcqsed. The increase of lipase activity varieddistinctly with different varieties. The protein contents of haemolympyh in all treatmentswere obviously lower than those of normal silkworms.
