不同品种和形态特点多变小冠花中的3-硝基丙酸含量

摘　　要：本研究测定了不同品种和形态特点多变小冠花（CoronillavariaL．）中毒性物质3-硝基丙酸的含量。结果指出：多变小冠花中3-硝基丙酸含量的变化幅度为2．95～10．86％（干物质基础），不同形态特点小冠花的3-硝基丙酸含量无显著差异，但不同品种小冠花的3-硝基丙酸含量有一定差异，西德品种2342较高（716％，干物质基础），美国品种绿宝石和加拿大品种绿宝石均较低（5．93％和5．74％，干物质基础）。The contents of the toxin 3-nitropropanoic acid in different varieties and morphology of Coronilla varia L. have been determined in this study. The results showed that the range of the contents of 3-nitropropanoic acid in Coronilla varia L. was 2. 95% ~ 10. 86% (dried base),and there were no remark able differences in the contents of 3-nitropropanoic acid among different morphology of Coronilla varia L.but there were some differances in the contents of 3-nitropropanoic acid among different varieties of Coro nilla varis L. Western Germany 2342 was higher (7. 16%,dried base),American green gem and Canadian green gem were lower (5. 93 % and 5. 74 %,dried base).
