荧光纯玻璃的研究

摘　　要：利用发光学理论和方法研究了使掺Ⅱ－Ⅳ族化合物半导体的玻璃发生荧光猝灭的原因，并通过试验得出了产生荧光猝灭的杂质种类，为制备不同禁带宽度的非线性光学玻璃提供了基础研究工作，并制备了Ｂ＿２Ｏ＿３－ＳｉＯ＿２系低熔制温度的荧光纯玻璃。By means of the theory and methodon luminescence,the non-linear-optical glass with the semi-conductor have been studied. The element which can make the semi-conductor′s fluorescence disappear has been measured. It offers the basic research work for producing non-linear- optical glass with different energy levels. And the fluorescence pure glass which is smelted under low temperature is prepared by the B_2O_3.SiO_2 system.
