摘 要:研究了一种应用SPICE(集成电路通用模拟程序)现有元器件条件,模拟含有时变器件电路的技巧。应用多项式逼近光敏电阻随发光强度变化曲线,将其转换为光敏电阻随时间变化曲线,结合受控电压源,产生SPICE程序描述的光敏电阻子电路模型。该方法可实现对含有时变电阻电路的SPICE瞬态分析。分析结果表明,光敏继电器开关电路的输出电压曲线与实际要求相吻合。这一方法同样适用于分析含有随时间、发光强度、温度等物理量连续变化的非线性电容电感元件电路。Having studied the existing SPICE element,simulating the circuit that contains time-dependent element,applying polynomials to approximate the curve that varies in accordance with photoresistor’s light.intensity,transforming this curve into time-dependent curve,utilizing voltage-controlled voltage source,a SPICE program that describes photoresistor sub-circuit model is yielded.This method is able to implement SPICE transient analysis that contains time-de-pendent resistor.The analized result shows that the output voltage wave of the photo-switching circuit just coincides with requirements.This method is also applicable to analyze circuits containing nonlinear capacitors and inductors that vary continuously with time,temperature and light intensity.
