摘　　要：进入90年代,我国住宅建设在计划、规划、设计、建设、经营、管理等方面出现了许多新趋向。同时,住宅建设如何面向21世纪的问题也越来越迫切地摆在人们的面前。作者从5个方面探讨了推进和完善居住区规划设计的问题。There are many new trends exist in projecting, planning, design,constrution, administration and management in housing construction in 1990 ’s.The author dissusses re1evant problems that push up and perfect residentialarea planning and design from 5 points that would be new trends in 21 thcentury.
