摘 要:本文利用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)研究了PBT/PET共聚酯及其纤维热性能与形态结构的关系.实验结果表明PBT/PET共聚酯高温稳定性好,其结晶结构为PBT/PET共晶结构,随PBT含量增加,其熔融热增加,熔点下降,PBT/PET共聚纤维的熔融热随拉伸倍数增加而增加,这表明纤维结晶度随拉伸倍数而增加.适宜于PBT/PET共聚纤维的拉伸温度为80℃.The relationship between the sturcture of PBT/PET copolyester and its fiber and their thermal propercies has been studied by DSC in this paper. The results show that thermal propetties of PBT/PET copolyester which has high stability in high temperature correspound to the exitent of the cocrystalline structure of PBT/PET copolyester as the increasing of PBT content in the copolyester the enthalpy of it increaes and melting point decrease. Otherwist, the melting point of PBT/PET copolyester fiber increase as its draw ratio incresasing which shows that the degree of orientation and crystallation of the fiber increaseas as draw ratio increasing. It is suitable to the drawing temperation of the copolyester fiber in 80℃.
