摘　　要：本文提出了一种新型的光纤温度传感器,它不需要复杂的外部结构,利用刻纹光纤就可得到高的温度传感的灵敏度.这种传感器具有线性的温度响应和较好的重复性,可望用于低于150℃温度的精细测量.In this paper a new class of the fiber temperature sensor is presented. It doesnot require the use of external complex structures to impose perturbations on the fiber.The sensitivity of the sensors is increased using the etched fibers. This sensor possessesthe linear response and the good repeatability. These sensors can be used to measurefinely the temperature which is less than 150℃.
