摘 要:以Fe3+(Cr3+)/Fe2+混合离子和氨水为原料,用共沉淀方法制备出γ-Fe2O3(Fe3O4)晶型的铁格中变催化剂,在325℃、500h-1、汽气比2:1条件下,CO转化率高达97%.用高分辨透射电镜对还原后催化剂形貌的观察表明,其粒子大小分布比由α-Fe2O3还原所得Fe3O4更均匀.用该方法制备的铁路中变催化剂,已成功地在中小型合成氨厂中使用.single-phase γ-Fe2O3 (Fe3O4 ) iron oxide-chrornium oxide water gasshift catalyst was obtained by eoprecipitstion method With a solution ofFe2+, Fo3+ and Cr3+ mixture and ammonia water. The catalysts havehigh catalogic activity at low temperature. The reduced catalysts give97% conversion of CO at 325℃, a gas space velocity of 500 h-1 and asteam/dry gas ratio of 2. The submicro-structure of Fe3O4 from reducedγ-Fe2O3 and reduced α-Fe2O3 wus studied by transmission electronmicroscopy, a narrow secondary crystallite size distribution of Fe3O4from reduced γ-Fe2O3 is obscened. The iron oxide(chromium oxide catalysts prepared by this method have been successfully used in middle andsmall ammonia synthesis factory.
