杂多酸对于二甘醇和乙醇的醚化反应的催化作用

摘　　要：杂多酸对于二甘醇和乙醇的醚化反应的催化作用戚蕴石，刘俊峰，吴海霞，粟小（华东理工大学工业催化研究所，上海２００２３７）关键词醚化反应，杂多酸，二甘醇二甘醇单（双）醚是一种具有广泛用途的重要溶剂，杂多酸（ＨＰＡ）对醚化反应具有很好的催化活性．本文以ＨＰ...n this paper, the catalytic performance of heteropoly acid (HPA)such as H3PMo12O40 (PMo12), H3PW12O40 (PW12) and H4SiW12O40 (SiW12)was studied by the etherification of diethylene glycol with ethanol. PW12and SiW12 revealed high activity for the etherification reaction, the conversion of diethylene glycol was 97.5% and 93.8%, respectively, theactivity of PMo12 was lower than PW12 and SiW12 and the conversion wasonly 45.3%. After calcination treatment at 350-500℃ for 3 h, the activity and selectivity for diethylene glycol diethyl ether and diethyleneglycol monoethyl ether decreased with the increase of calcination temperature for all three HPA catalysts, but the selectivity for dioxane increased.
