摘　　要：以湖南及邻区为例，对黄金成矿学及成矿区域预测进行初步分析。从研究现状出发，对内生、外生、区域成矿加以探讨。最后提出成矿预测问题。Exemplified by Hunan Province and neighbouring regions, the author makes a preliminary analysis of gold metallogeny and metallogenic prognosis. Starting from the present research situation, endogenic and exogenic gold ore deposits and gold regional metallogeny have been discussed. Finally the author puts forward the problem of metallogenic prognosis.
