用酯交换提高月见草油中γ－亚麻酸含量工艺路线的研究

摘　　要：本文首次将酯交换反应用于月见草油中γ－亚麻酸含量富集的工艺路线中，并将该工艺路线与文献报道的两种工艺路线进行了比较，用气相色谱对采用三种工艺路线富集的精油成分进行了分析，结果表明：三种工艺路线均获得令人满意的效果，其中酯交换工艺路线特点更为突出。The ester-exchange reaction method is firstly used for oilenriching in the -Linoleic acid of Oenthera biennis L. It is compared with other two techno-logies reported previously .The compositions of fine oil enriched by these threemethods are analyzed by GC. It is shown that the ester-exchange technology iss the most conspicous one:
