宫术安栓在人工流产术中的应用

摘　　要：作者用宫术安栓对６２例人工流产术者进行用药观察，结果表明：用药后，不仅促进宫颈松弛，与未用药者有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），而且不影响子宫收缩，不增加手术出血量（Ｐ＞０．０５）。此药无明显副反应，但对吸宫镇痛效果不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示该药作为人工流产术前用药有一定的临床价值。cases of induced abortionists are observed with Gongshu Aashuan.Result shows, This drug not only promotes the relaxation of cervix(significantly different from control group P<0.01),but also has no effect on the contraction of uterus.As the same time,it can't increase bleeding output(P>0.05) and drops obviously the incidence of induced RAAS (P<0.05).The drug can only produce a little anodyne.This study indicates that the drug is certainly valuable for clinical applycation.
