天然沸石在油气井固井中的应用之一─—沸石油井水泥的性能

摘　　要：将天然沸石用做油井水泥的外掺料，按ＡＰＩ规定的标准方法，确定了沸石油井水泥的性能参数．主要测试的参数包括失水量、游离水、密度、流动度、抗压强度、沈变性、稠化时间等．室内初步研究结果表明，天然沸石做为油井水泥外掺料，掺量≤０．６质量比的沸石加量可以满足各种水泥浆设计要求，用于固井施工．沸石与油井水泥配合使用可以降低固井材料成本，改善固井质量，带来显著的直接和间接经济效益。Abstract Natural zeolite is used as oil well cement active additive material. The properties ofzeolite oil well cement system are determined by means of API standard methods. Themain performance parameters include,fluid loss, freewater, rheology, density,com-pressive strength, thicking time,etc.The results of testing in laboratory show theproperties of zeolite oil well cement system basically meet the requirements of the designfor the slurry in cementing operation. Using zeolite can obviously improve the cement-ing quality. save the cost of materials,and get direct and indirect economic effective-ness.SUBJECT TERMS:oil gas well.zeolite,cemening,oil well cement.additive material
