山西医学院学生嗜肺军团菌Ⅰ型(LP_1)和Ⅵ型(LP_6)抗体水平调查

摘　　要：用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测山西医学院158名健康学生嗜肺军团菌血清I型(Lp_1)和Ⅵ型(Lp_6)抗体水平。阳性率为Lp_1 3.2％,Lp_64.4％。分析134名山西籍学生阳性分布情况,显示在山西不同地区间嗜肺军团菌流行可能存在型别的差异。158 healthy Students from Shan xi medical college were examined with Emyme linked immunosorbent a.ssay ( ELISA ) fox the antibody lever against Legionella pneumophi la Serogroupl ( Lp1 ) and Serogroup 6 ( Lp6 ) . The result showed the positive rate Lp1 and Lp6 was 3.2% and 4.4% respectively. By analysing the positive distribution of 134 students from Shan xi province,We found the prevalence of Lpl and Lp6 in four are as in Shan xi was different.
