摘　　要：对于有探伤要求的轧机牌坊,采用传统的内冷铁工艺生产铸钢件的技术已不能满足质量要求。本文以生产实践为依据,介绍了大块间接外冷铁在轧机牌坊上的应用及工艺措施。The traditional technique of internal Iron chill of steel castings hasn't satisfied with requirements of flaw detection quality of mill housings.In this paper, according to production practice, the application of bulk indirect external iron chill and the technological measure in mill housings are introduced.
