摘　　要：本文用鼠×鼠细胞杂交瘤技术首次建立了抗多胺（精脒）单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞系。以此杂交瘤经体外组织培养扩大，并注入同系小鼠腹腔，产生的腹水中抗体滴度达１：１０６。单抗的类别是ＩｇＧ１。单价抗体是由分子量５２ｋＤ和２７ｋＤ组成的复合体。这个单克隆抗体可用于癌症的快速诊断和预后随访。A monoclonal antibody Was first prepared after fusion of mouse myeloma cells(Sp2/0-Ag-14)with spleen cells isolated from BALB/c mice immunized with spermidine-bovine serum albhmin conjugate(SPD-BSA).The hybridoma cell line producing antibody specific for spermidihe was grown in tissue culture and then ihjected into the mouse as an ascites tumor giving ascitic fluid with high titres(1:106)measured by ELISA. This monoclonal antibody is IgG1 and a bimolecular comPlex with molecular weight of 52kD and 27kD. The monoclonal antibody may proye to be useful in the rapid diagnosis and evaluation of patients with cancer.
