摘 要:本文利用高TcJosephson结在3mm波段上观察到了105次谐波混频,这是目前在此波段上谐波次数最高的报道.通过对Josephson结和偏置电路之间连接方式的改进,使中频输出电平和信噪比都得到了提高.本文还初步研究了本征频率和谐波次数对中频输出的影响.实验表明,当本征频率低于10Hz时,中频信号的输出幅度和信噪比很难达到一定的要求,此外,对高TcJosephson结谐波混频在微波锁相环路中应用的要求提出了初步看法.Abstract Using hish-Tc superconducting Josephson junction, the 105th harmonic mixing was observed between a signal at the frequency of 95 GHz and a local oscillator at that ot about 900 MHz. As far as the operating frequency and the harmonic number are concerned,this is the best result till now. Both the IF output level and the signal to noise ratio were improved by the proper connection between the Josephson junction and DC bias circuit. The influences of local oscillator frequency and harmonic number on the IF output are discussed in detail,indicahog that the LO frequency should not be much smaller than 1GHz. Also discussed are the possible applications of high-Tc Josephson junction harmonic mixings to phase-locking,frequency-stabilizing and so on.
