摘  要:耗散系数和内半径对圆对称环域Josephson结中孤子态的影响徐昆明浙江大学物理系,杭州,310027环域结的位相差中随时间演变的扰动Sine-Gordon方程(SGE)比in-line结的多出了与径向尸成反比的一项(1/р)(dф/dP),它的影响...Abstract In the perturbed Sine-Gordon equation describing the time evolutionof the phase-difference Φ involved in the annular junctions, there isan excess term (1/ρ)Φρ, which iS inversely propor tional to ρ, incomparminent with 1 D in-line junctions. The effect of 1/ ρtermbecomes promi nent when ρis small. Results show that the 1/ρterm andthe dissipative term αΦ in the modified SGE compete with each otherfot a soliton oscillation. For example, for a junction with in nerradius 5 λj, outer radius 10 λj, no stable soliton states would existwhen α =0.01 or α=0.02. However, for 0. 06≥α≥0. 03, there are ring-shaped solitary wave solutions, presumabl because the dissipetionsuppresses the effect of the 1/p term. Finally, the behaviour of thesoliton states and the relevent I-V characteristies are alsodisscussed.
