摘 要:研究了冷加工对Tl-1223/Ag超导带性能的影响,用半熔融法制备(Tl0.5Pb0.5)(Sr0.8Ba0.2)2Ca2Cu3Oy。超导粉,经超导粉灌管(PIT)的方法制成复合丝后,研究冷轧之前退火与否及道次变形量对带材临界电流的影响,并对不同直径的复合丝进行轧制变形,找出载流能力随最终轧制厚度的变化规律.结果表明:冷拉以后不退火直接轧制,采用大的道次变形量均有利于提高临界电流,各种不同直径的复合丝轧制成的超导带,都有一临界电流最高的厚度范围.本文还从超导层的致密化、银层与超导层的变形协调性等方面对实验现象进行了讨论.Abstract Effect of cold working on properties of Tl-1223/Ag superconducting tapes was investigat ed. Superconducting powder was prepared by partial-melting method, after composite filaments were made by PIT (Powder-In-Tube) method, we investigated the effect of annealing before cold rolling and draught per pass on the J. of tapes. By rolling composite filaments with different diameter, we managed to find the relation between transport capacity and final rolling thickness.Here is the result: No annealing before cold rolling after drawing and adopting larse draught per pass can be of benefit to improving Jc ; To the superconducting tapes made from composite fila ments with different diameter, there is a thickness range in which Jc is higher. We also discussed these phenomena from the fact of densify of supercovnducting core and the coordination between silver sheath and superconducting core.
