摘 要:本研究应用弓形虫的斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(Dot—ELISA)、常规酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和间接免疫荧光试验(IFA)及间接血凝抑制试验(IHA)四种方法,分别检测了同一批人血清(150份)。结果表明:(1)四种方法中以Dot—ELISA最为敏感,血清阳性检出率最高为19.3%;IFA次之为11.3%;ELISA为8.69%;IHA最低仅为6.66%。(2)Dot—ELISA明显优于常规EI,ISA、IHA、IFA,具有敏感、特异、简便、经济等优点,值得推广应用。n order to select a more sensitive and specific serologic experimental method for clinical diagnosis and 0n- the-spot-check of human toxoplasmosis,a synchronous experimental comparison study was carried out on four serologic tests(Dot ELISA,ELISA,IFA and IHA)for human toxoplasmosis,150 homosera from Xin-jiang were tested with those methods,and results showed that DOt ELISA with definite specificty was the most sensitive than the other tests ,and that its detectable rate of the disease was 19.3%, while the others were 11.2%(IFA),8.69%(ELISA)and 6.66%(IHA),respectively。Therefore, in our opinion,Dot ELISA could be used widely in the clinical diagnosis and mass survey for human toxoplasmosis。
