大骨节病区成人和儿童发锰含量测定

摘　　要：采用原子吸收光谱法于质量控制下，测定了陕西彬县大骨节病区健康户和大骨节病户，及礼泉县非病区健康户中成人、儿童发Ｍｎ含量。结果表明，病区对照户组和大骨节病户组的儿童发Ｍｎ含量均高于成人（Ｐ＜０．０１），大骨节病户组儿童发Ｍｎ含量高于病区和非病区对照户组儿童（Ｐ＜０．０５）。nder quality control, hair Mn contentLs were determined by the atomic absorption spectroscopy methodin adults and children from both KBD and non-KBD families in Binxian County and Liquan County of ShaanxiProvince in this paper.It was found that the hair Mn contents in the children were significantly higher thanthose in the adults in KBD)areas,and the children from KBD)families displayed strikingly increasing hair Mnconcentrations,compared with those from non-KBD families in KBD areas and non-KBD areas.
