摘 要:本文作者于1986年5月~1988年2月对云南省乙脑高发流行区洱源县右所镇的蚊类种群组成、季节消长、成蚊自然带毒率;媒蚊密度与乙脑流行关系;猪群感染乙脑动态与人群发病的关系;乙脑流行前后人群免疫水平;乙脑病毒的分离与鉴定等项目进行了系统监测研究。结果表明:中华按蚊、纹腿库蚊是该地区的优势蚊种,1~11月可见蚊虫活动。从人房及畜厩捕获的中华按蚊,三带喙库蚊及麻翅库蚊中分离到乙脑病毒8株。证明中华按蚊及三带喙库蚊与乙脑流行有密切关系。麻翅库蚊分离到乙脑病毒属国内首次报道,该蚊种自然带毒率为14%±0.007328。uring the period of May, 1986 to February, 1988, the population composition, seasonal growth and de-cline of mosquitoes as well as its natural infection rate of epidemic encephalitis B(EEB) virus were studied in Eryuan county, Yunnan province; In this paper, systematic surveilance of that the relationship between the density of sector mosquitoes and the prevalence of EEB,the dynamic infection of pigs with EEB and EEB on-set among people,that the community immunity level before orafter EEB prevalence, that the isolation and identification of EEB virus were also carried out. Results showed that the dominant species in Erynan area were A. sinensis and C. theileri which appeared from Janaury to November. 8 stains of EEB were isolated from A. sinensis,C.tritaeniorhyhchus and C.titaeniorhychrs which were caught from human houses and domestic an-imal shedds. It was confirmed that A. sinensis and C. tritaeniohychus were colse to the prevalence of EEB. Thisis the first report on the isolation of EEB virus from C. titaeniorhychus in China,with natural infection rate of 14‰±0. 007 328. Therefore,we should paid more attention to the role of this kind of mosquito in the trans- mission of EEB.
