摘  要:本文重点论证了槽形对向加压钢板设计的生物力学原理,介绍了与北京产矩形截面等厚度板、矩形截面变厚板即梯形板对比试验结果。A new trough opposite compression plate(TOCT)was developed and compared with the Beijing compression plate(BCP) and the trapezoid compression plate (TCP).The cross section of TOCP is trough-shaped, thus the bending strength and rigidity of TOCP was greatly increased. The bending strength of TOCP is 2. 74 times and the bending rigidity is 6.6 times as much as that of BCP which has the same width and thickness.With TOCP the area of bone under pressure was reduced by 70%, compared with that of rectangular section plate.The TOCP has three-area fixation and is much more effective on preventing nail dislocation. The TOCP has opposite compression and is better able to prevent fracture face detachment.As shown, TOCP is beneficial to bone healing.The results of four-point bending test show that bending strength of fixed TOCP is 3.95 times that of fixed BCT and is 1.3 times that of fixed TCP. Bending rigidity of fixed TOCP is 5 times that of fixed BCP and is 2.5 times that of fixed TCP.
