摘 要:根据软组织的应变能函数关系,作者以牦牛心包材料的结构特点和形变过程为基础对冯氏软组织力学指数经验式进行修正,换出了一种新的关系式。该式中的几个常量与材料的结构,如胶原纤维的数量,取向,缠结程度,波纹大小和刚度,以及弹性朊数量等相对应,为研究牦牛心包的结构与力学行为关系提供了理论基础。During stretching, fibres in biological tissue will gradually orient. Its manifestation is the instantaneous modulus steeply rises as the stress increases. But when the tissue fibres are completely oriented to certain point of stretching, the instantaneous modulus will not inccease beyond the limitinspite of increasing stress. Such characteristic phenomena can not be satisfactorily described by exponential and binomial equation developed by Y. C. Fung for soft tissue mechanics.Based on experimental results on yak pericardium, a new stressstrain relation is proposed in which the parameters α, β, C, correlate with the patterns of rigidity and orientation of collagen bundles and the percentages of elastin and collagen fibres in the fibrosa. The theoretical curves fit the experimental results very well.
