摘  要:本文是对四种二元醇扩链的嵌段聚醚聚氨酯材料血液相容性综合评价的结果。The purpose of this paper was to study the blood compatibility of four new segmented polyether—urethanes (SPEU): Unithane 80B, 90B, TPE-80B, TPE-95B, Pellethane 2363-80A was used as a control material.Synthetic evaluating systems used were(1)the test of kinetic clotting time in vitro; (2) and (3) in canine AV series shunt model ex vivo, to mea sure the adhered fibrinogen on the surfaces of five SPEU by radio-labeled, and to observe the adhesion of platelets on the surfaces of five SPEU by SEM; (4) the dynamic thrombus formation test in vitro.The results of our tests showed that hemocompatibility of these four SPEU was not significantly different from Pellethane, except alower fibrinogen and platelet adhesion on the surface of Unithane PU80B.
