尼群地平和阿替洛尔的协同降压作用

摘　　要：作者在肾血管型高血压犬和自发性高血压大鼠上研究了钙拮抗剂尼群地平和β－受体阻滞剂阿替洛尔单用与合用的降压效应，结果表明两药合用后降压作用增强，作用维持时间延长，尼群地平的反射性心率加快作用消失，阿替洛尔的减慢心率作用减弱。并通过ｑ值试验得ｑ＝１．３２，证明两药合用后降压作用增强是一种协同作用。The antihypertensive effects of nitrendipine(Nit) or atenolol(Ate) alone or in combination(Nit+Ate) were studied in conscious renovascular hypertensive dogs and spontaneously hypertensive rats. The results showed the hypotensive effects of Nit+Ate were more potent and persistent than Nit or Ate alone. The reflective increase of heart rate by Nit disappeared and the decrease of heart rate by Ate lessened after combination of Nit and Ate. In addition, q test indicated that q=1.32. This result reveals that the synergy is present in the antihypertensive action of Nit+Ate.
