^（99m）Tc－NGA肝受体显像的临床观察

摘　　要：用９９ｍＴｃ－ＮＧＡ在健康人（１２例）、原发性肝癌（１２例）和肝硬变（１０例）患者中进行肝动态及静态显像研究。结果表明：（１）９９ｍＴｃ－ＮＧＡ肝放射性－时间曲线对肝功能状态具有很高的敏感性。（２）静态显像可提供与放射性胶体相似的肝脏影像。Dynamic and static images obtained from the primary hepatic carcinoma group (n=12),the hepatocirrhosis group (n=10) and the control group (n=12) were studied with 99mTc-NGA.The results indicated that (1)the hepatic time-radioactivity curves from 99mTc-NGA imaging studies appeared to be sensitive to various pathologic states of liver, and (2) the static images provided an anatomic information of liver similar to that of 99mTc-colloid scintigraphy.
