妊娠中晚期孕妇血清AFP值测定

摘　　要：作者报告了５８３例孕１５～４０周孕妇血清ＡＦＰ值测定结果，１５周时最低，以后随孕周增加而上升，３０周时达高峰，然后下降，足月时再度升高。其正常值上限为２．５倍中位数，下限为０．４倍中位数，４例好娠期有开放性神经管缺陷胎儿的孕妇血清ＡＦＰ值均大于２．５倍中位数，７例妊娠期有其它畸形胎儿者仅１例（唇腭裂）ＡＦＰ值增高。The serum α-fetoprotein (AFP)levels in 583 pregnant women from 15 to 40-week gestation weremeasured,The results showed that the lowst level occurred at the 15th week, and the highest at the 3Othweek during gestation. The upper limit for its normal range was 2.5 multiples of median and the lower limitwas 0.4 multiple of median,The maternal serum AFP value in each of the 4 pregnant women with a fetalneural tube defects was above 2.5 multiples of median, but among the 7 pregnant women with other fetalanomalies,only one case with the fetus having harelip and cleft palate had a maternal MFP level above 2.5multiples of median.
