摘 要:选用四种辣根过氧化酶标记的凝集素(WGA、SBA、PNA及ConA)研究人及五种哺乳动物(SD大鼠、CFW小鼠、兔、狗及恒猴)的睾丸及附睾中凝集素结合部位的分布规律。在睾丸中,WGA可与精母细胞的高尔基区以及精子细胞各期发育阶段的顶体结合,而SBA及PNA则与晚期阶段顶体结合。ConA与生精上皮及非生精上皮有广泛的亲和性。在附睾中,四种标记的凝集素均可与主细胞的游离缘、静止纤毛及核上区结合,而附睾腔中的精子与凝集素结合的能力由附睾头向附睾尾有减弱趋势。本研究提示可用凝集素结合部位的分布及染色强度作为观察精子顶体形成与精子成熟的标志。Four lectins (WGA, SBA, PNA and Con A) conjugated with horseradish peroxidase were employed to study the distribution of lectin binding in the testis and epididymis of man, SD rat, CFW mouse, rabbit, dog and Rhesus monkey. In the testis, WGA showed affinity for Golgi apparatus of the spermatocytes and the early stages of acrosome formation of the spermatids, while SBA and PNA for the late stages of acrosome formation. Con A had a wide affinity for germinal and nongerminal cells. In the epididymis, all four lectins give binding to epithelial surface, stereocilia and supranuclear region of the principal cell. In the epididymal lumen, the ability of lectin binding to spermatozoa showed a decreasing tendency from caput to cauda. It is suggested that the distribution of lectin binding and staining intensity might serve as marker of acrosome formation and sperm maturation.
