摘　　要：本文分析了以往计算锥尖棒－平板间隙电场不均匀系数公式的局限性，采用ＣＳＭ对这种间隙电场进行了数值计算。根据计算结果讨论了锥尖棒电极圆柱体半径和长度对间隙电场的影响，并利用数据拟合方法给出了含圆柱体半径的锥尖棒－平板间隙电场不均匀系数近似计算公式。This paper has analysed the limitation of previous expressions suggested as the approximation of the field non-uniformity facter for cone capped rod-plane gaps. A charge simulation method has been used for the field computations of this electrode configuration. Based on the resultes of these computations, the influence of the radius and length of the rod electrode is examined for various cases. Finally, two expressions for this type gaps are presented to calculate the field non-uniformity factor using curve-fitting techniques.
