摘　　要：本文介绍了作者研制的一种新型位置控制单元。它以 STD 工业控制机为核心,具有自动、手动和示教三种工作方式。该位置控制单元采用了先进的控制算法实现了运输小车的单步行走和精确定位。现场调试与运行结果表明小车的定位精度可达±0.01mm。In this paper,a novel Position control unit designed by the author is introduced.The unit con- sists of a computer with STD bus and other interface circuits.There are three operation ways:automatic,manu- al and teaching.Modern control algorithm is used in the unit so that the conveyer can be positioned accurately and move in single step.operational tests have shown that the conveyer can he positioned with ±0.01mm.
