摘　　要：本文在对城市电话发展的特点和规律进行充分分析的基础上，运用系统动力学的原理和方法，建立了用于研究用户交换机在市话网中发展的系统动力学模型。并利用模型对在太原市话网中如何发展用户交换机进行了研究，同时提出了一些建议。By means of the theory and methodology of system dynamics,a penetrating analysis of laws andcharacters of urban telephone developnment is presented and a system dynamics model that is used to investi- gate the PBX’s coordinative development in the urban telephone network is set up in this paper,By applyingthis model,researches on how to develop PBX in Taiyuan urban telephone network is made and some sug-gestions are put forward.
