摘　　要：印制电路板（ＰＣＢ）测试是程控交换机生产、维护的一项重要工作。本文针对我院自行研制开发的数字程控交换机，从实用的角度出发提出了交换机用户板故障检测的思路和方法，并设计了其测试系统的硬件结构及软件结构。硬件结构主要介绍系统的组成模块及其功能。软件结构主要介绍软件的总体设计方案，测试系统的初始化及检测框图等。本文所讨论的方法及系统结构已进入实际应用，并取得了较明显的效果。Testing for the printed circuit board is a essential work Of producing and maintaining on thedigital stored program control switched system(SPC).In this paper,we present the fault diagnosis algorithmand method of the simulated subsriber line circuit(SLC)1 for the SPC,oneself researched,and design hard-ware and software structure for testing method.The module of system structure and fuction is mainly de-scribed on the hardware structure,The software general designing flowchart,system initial program loadedand test software flowchart is mainly described on the software structure. This method and the systemstructure have been applied in reality and have been get remarkable results.
