摘　　要：本文叙述了会议电视国内外发展历史和现状。论述了会议电视系统的技术性能和会议电视网络结构。估算了省网、国家网投资。最后，结合我国情况，提出了我国会议电视业务发展的几点建议。This paper describes development history and status of videoconference service in China and for-eign contries.The technical performances and network configuration are discussed in this paper.The invest-ment of provice network and national network are estimated.Finally,recommewdations of developmentvideoconference service are presented based on Chinese Situation.
