摘  要:试验测定了甲醇-甲基叔丁基醚二元体系在0.5MPa 和 1MPa 压力下的汽液相平衡数据。温度和压力的测量精度分别为±0.05K 和±1.5KPa,汽、液相组成分析的相对偏差为±0.01摩尔分率。汽相逸度采用维里方程计算,用 Hayden & O'Coanell 和 Tsonopoulos 方法估算第二维里系数。液相活度系数用 NRTL 和 Wilson 方程计算。并将实测结果与 UNIFAC 法预测值进行了比较。The vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data for the system MTBE-methanolwere measured at 0.5MPa and 1MPa using a static method.The estimated uncer-tainties in the measured temperature,pressure,and compositions of the equilib-rium phases are respectively within±0.05K,±0.0015MPa,and±0.01 in mole frac-tion.The fugacity coefficients of component in the vapor phase we re evaluatedwith the volume explicit virical expansion truncated after the second term.Thesecond virial coefficients were estimated using Hayden & O'connell method andTsonopoulos mothod separately.The parameters of NRTL equation and Wilsonequation were calaulated for the binary system.The non-idealities of the liquidphase were described by NRTL equation,Wilson equation and UNIFAC methodrespectively.Calculated results of the NRTL-Hayden & O'connell model and theUNIFAC-Tsonopoulos model are in good agreement with the experimental data.In this paper,reliable VLE data for design and operation of catalytic distillationequipment are presented.
