摘　　要：多功能图像处理和分析系统周开邻，马琳，胡志华，胡问国，吴永强（云南大学物理系，昆明物理研究所）关键词：多功能图象处理和分析系统；扫描电镜（ＳＥＭ）；新信息；１０２４×１０２４像素点我们经过八年的认真研究，并在国内和俄国及美国做了大量的实验，研制成功一...We have developed a new image processing system basing IBM PC series computer.This is to describe the new processing system which is a multi-functional image processing andanalyse one.We can easily connect the system with any SEM(or STM,EPMA,and TEM)and collect andpeocess 1024×1024 pixes pictures on SEMs,Then we can see new information on the processed pictures.The system also works with other equipments such as CT.X-Ray,OM.Video-Cameraand so on.
