摘　　要：多文介绍一种通用的ＥＰＲＯＭ计数测长仪．通过一系列应用实例，说明该仪器可实现各种类型的计数或研长。其电路简单、可靠，配以其它装置，还可扩展其用途．This paper describes a universal instrument for measuring number. & length by using EPROM as the central unit. Modifying the data in EPROM, not changing the circuit, can implement the task of counter or measurement of length in various cases. If it is added other device, the instrument may be extended its area to use.
