摘　　要：采用铁氧体材料和多层厚膜印刷技术，把铁氧体膜片和导电浆料相间印刷、叠合起来，经过热压、切割，烧制成一体化的闭磁路螺旋管状磁芯线圈，具有矩形微型、封闭磁路、独石结构的特点。Using ferrite materials and multilayer thick-film printing technology, the ferrite film and conducting paste are alternately printed and stacked. After thermopressing, cutting and firing a monolithic solenoidal coil with closed magnetic circuit core has been made having rectangular and miniature shape.
